Bon Kiara achieves 65% take-up; Malaysia Airlines collab announced

Bon Estates’ second Klang Valley project, the RM750 million Bon Kiara, has achieved a 65% take-up rate. The project sits on 4.15 acres and features 410 condominium units in a 43-storey block. Built-ups range from 2,081 square feet (sq ft) to 3,075 sq ft, with four different layouts that include three- to five-ensuite bedrooms. Selling prices start from RM1.35 million or RM588 psf (per square feet).
