Bon Kiara has successfully completed the foundation works and structural framework for the car park levels, as well as the residential floors up to Level 43 for both Tower A and Tower B. Following the earlier topping-out milestone, the structural framework for Level 44 (Roof) of both towers has also been completed.

Construction of the structural framework is currently in progress for Level 37 of Tower A and Level 34 of Tower B.
We’re thrilled to announce that construction has officially begun on the new road linking Jalan Kiara 3 to Jalan Duta Kiara—a key development to improve connectivity and convenience for the area.
This new road will offer Bon Kiara residents enhanced convenience and reduced travel times, making daily commutes more efficient. It will also provide a smoother link for those in nearby areas, connecting Jalan Kiara 3 with the central commercial hub along Jalan Duta Kiara and Jalan Kiara.
Part of Bon Estates’ Good Radius Initiative, this road will improve mobility by providing direct access between key routes.
