BON Estates officially launched its latest condominium, Bon Kiara located in Mont Kiara. Comprising 410 units in two 43-storey towers, the freehold development takes a Mediterranean design theme while keeping BON Estates’ trademark of offering spacious units and resort-style facilities in a vibrant locality.

BON Estates is unveiling its latest prestigious project, Bon Kiara, over this weekend (June 17 and 18). Up to 50% of the 410 available units are already reserved as the “high-rise condominium has generated significant interest among urban dwellers who value a quality lifestyle and captivating living environments,” stated BON Estates in a media release.

Half of BON Estates Sdn Bhd’s Bon Kiara condominium development has been taken up as of Friday (June 16) during its official launch event at the BON Estate Gallery, Mont Kiara. Situated on a 4.15-acre freehold residential parcel in Mont Kiara, the RM750-million Bon Kiara offers two 43-storey towers comprising 410 units, with four types of layout. With built-ups ranging from 2,081 to 3,075 sq ft, these units are priced from RM580 psf. The maintenance fee is inclusive of a sinking fund of 31 sen psf. The project will be completed by 1QFY2027.
